MOZZEE - Unveil the eco friendly high chair |
|
MOZZEE is an Australian design company specialising in contemporary furniture for infants and your children. Its flagship product Nest® won a raft of design awards and best product nominations including the prestigious Australian Design Mark for innovative and safe design.
Mozzee’s iconic spherical seat and tray have been produced using a part recycled polyethylene.
The design savvy parent is increasingly environment sensitive. In developing ECO Nest, Mozzee partnered with designers, production specialists and material suppliers. The result is a children’s high chair made with 50% recycled polyethylene. ECO Nest is available in black only. Designed by an architect mother of two, Nest is the response to a lack of stylish unfussy feeding chairs for infants. Its minimalist look works well in contemporary interiors and is also favoured by restaurants for its stable (non trip) base and easy to clean form. The chair has soft curves to prevent skin pinching and making it easy to clean. Nest has no moving parts (the primary cause of child injury according to consumer reports) and has a new user friendly tray with a deeper easy to clean recess. Nest has 3 configurations and will suite children up to 6 years of age. With tray, Nest accommodates babies from 6 months to 2 years. Remove the tray and Nest becomes a table height chair for bub to join in at family meal times. The armrests have sockets, which may accommodate a range of accessories (available autumn 07) including an umbrella, cup holder and play table. The included conversion kit changes Nest into a low chair for kids up to 6 years to lounge, watch telly or simply hang loose. For those who prefer brighter colours Mozzee has updated their colour selection to include – bubblegum, tangerine and snow white. Only the eco black uses recycled materials though.
